In our case, we were able to discuss our gender inclusion policies and initiatives, the extended maternity leave, the provision of two breastfeeding facilities for nursing mothers, both on site and at the City office, the promotion of the HPV vaccine, the extended maternity leave, among others.<\/p>\n<p>We are grateful for the invitation to &#8216;Noticias de miner\u00eda&#8217;, the media of the province of Salta, which organized the event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of our diversity and inclusion programme, we participated in the &#8216;Careers in mining: Developing opportunities for women&#8217;, which was attended by more than 500 women.
