To this end, we will conduct a series of training sessions for catering staff and others involved in the food safety control loop. These sessions will focus on best practices in food handling, hygiene and food safety protocols and will be supervised by the Epidemiology Directorate of the Ministry of Health of the Province of Salta.<\/p>\n<p>We are also closely monitoring the catering service provider. This includes increased regular food safety audits and direct supervision to ensure compliance with our quality and food safety standards.<\/p>\n<p>We also recognise the importance of providing reassurance to the mining community and their families.
