It provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on our shared responsibility and advance toward ethical practices that respect both people and the environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese spaces are extremely valuable because they allow us to exchange experiences with other suppliers, gain a better understanding of the sector\u2019s needs, and create opportunities for collaboration that benefit both company personnel and mining projects,\u201d said Nazaria Delgado, founder of Huayra. She added that while some suppliers are still adapting to these requirements, the adoption of certified standards is helping drive progress in this area.<\/p>\n<p>During the workshop, we discussed the main challenges the sector faces in meeting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, emphasizing the strategic importance of sustainability for long-term competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>The discussions also highlighted the need to adopt management systems aligned with Salta\u2019s 2030 Sustainable Development Plan, fostering a more transparent mining industry committed to the comprehensive development of local communities.<\/p>\n<p>Our participation reaffirms Eramine\u2019s commitment to responsible and sustainable mining, where human rights and environmental stewardship guide every decision we make.
