The first week of June marked the beginning of a new edition of the Entrepreneurs Circle program, an initiative designed to support and strengthen local businesses in San Antonio de los Cobres and Santa Rosa de los Pastos Grandes.
Developed in partnership with Fundación Empretec and Fundación Cóndor, the program aims to provide training and guidance to foster the growth of local enterprises and create new development opportunities across the region.
An in-person workshop was held in San Antonio de los Cobres, where 30 entrepreneurs took part in a practical training experience tailored to the specific needs and challenges of the Puna region.
The program began with a series of individual interviews, allowing participants to share their projects, goals, and expectations before moving forward with the face-to-face sessions.
The first stage concluded on June 6 with a special closing event and certificate ceremony, bringing together entrepreneurs, local authorities, and members of our team. Through initiatives such as this, we seek to support community development beyond our productive activities by sharing tools and knowledge that help entrepreneurs grow and strengthen their businesses in a sustainable way.
In this regard, our CEO, Alejandro Moro, highlighted:
“Strengthening the local productive ecosystem is part of our sustainable development strategy. Through initiatives like this, we aim to support a growing community of entrepreneurs in the Puna, equipped with practical tools to expand their businesses and actively contribute to the regional economy.”
As part of its next phase, the program will focus on ongoing support and capacity building through personalized mentoring sessions and open training opportunities.
This stage will enable participants to deepen the concepts covered during the initial phase, exchange experiences, and acquire new skills that contribute to the growth and consolidation of their ventures.
The Entrepreneurs Circle continues to establish itself as a space for learning, collaboration, and professional development, where participants can strengthen their capabilities, expand their knowledge, and prepare for new challenges.
