The Complaints and Grievance Mechanism is an essential tool to ensure dialogue and transparency in the relationship between Eramet Eramine and local communities. It aims to:

  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with local communities, addressing concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Prevent and manage claims or questions from nearby residents and puesteros in a fair way.
  • Provide simple and effective channels for communities to raise and resolve issues related to company activities, while preserving their right to seek solutions through other means.

Ensure access through multiple formats (printed and digital) so that everyone can submit their inquiry or complaint.
