We hosted 58 students from various parts of the province at our offices, all of whom are part of a new edition of our Scholarship Program.
The event was an opportunity to formalize the agreements related to the scholarships, but also to meet, get to know each other, and create new spaces for exchange that support students beyond their academic journeys.
The event included young people joining the program for the first time as well as those renewing their participation, alongside representatives from Eramet Eramine and the National University of Salta (UNSa).
We want to continue promoting the education of young people in Salta, supporting their training, and creating opportunities that also allow them to connect with the professional world and gain firsthand insights into different professional experiences. We believe that strengthening this connection is a concrete way to contribute to the development of local talent
Sharing experiences to connect with the professional world
One of the highlights of the day was the discussion spaces between scholarship recipients and professionals from various areas of the company.
Our team members participated as volunteers to share their own journeys: how they took their first professional steps, the challenges they faced along the way, what their current work entails, and the lessons they’ve learned throughout their careers.
Students also had the chance to ask questions, raise concerns, and engage directly with professionals in related fields. In this way, we aim to provide them with concrete experiences that can offer new perspectives on their education and the opportunities they will encounter when entering the workforce.
This year, the program supports educational paths related to Industrial, Electromechanical, Chemical, and Civil Engineering; Nursing; Natural Resources and Environment; Renewable Energies; Biological Sciences; Administration; Public Accounting; Systems Analysis; Psychology; and Educational Sciences, among other disciplines.
Continuing to support education
Since the launch of our Scholarship Program, we have supported 80 high school, tertiary, and university students from the province of Salta.
Through this initiative, we aim to uphold our commitment to education, support the journeys of young people in Salta, and create opportunities that contribute to the development of local talent.
