After extensive joint efforts, yesterday we signed the Collective Labor Agreement with the representatives of the Argentine Mining Workers’ Association (AOMA), both from the Central Headquarters and the Salta Provincial Section.

This agreement is tailored to our lithium production operations, aiming to establish concrete agreements adapted to our labor reality. It facilitates a gradual transition toward competitive salary levels within the regional mining market.

The implementation of this agreement includes AOMA’s adherence to our strict Human Rights Policy and promotes employee development based on responsibility fulfillment, providing opportunities for merit recognition and career advancement.

Signing participants:

On behalf of Eramine: Débora Migoni, Human Resources Director; Diana Rodríguez, Labor Relations Manager; and Dr. Javier Adrogue, acting as legal representative.
On behalf of AOMA: Héctor Laplace, General Secretary of AOMA Central; Gustavo Molina, Administrative Secretary of AOMA Central; and Eduardo Gerónimo, General Secretary of AOMA Salta Section.
