We are proud to have been certified with the Equal Spaces Seal, a recognition that underscores our commitment to gender equality and the creation of a safe and inclusive workplace.

As part of the certification process, we presented our Protocol for the Prevention and Response to Gender Violence, with the support of the Observatory on Violence against Women (OVcM), from Salta province, and participated in a training cycle that enabled us to achieve this important milestone.

This achievement aligns with our Human Rights Policy and reflects a collaborative effort to evaluate and improve our internal practices.

Our goal is to prevent, address, and mitigate potential cases of gender-based violence in the workplace, guided by core principles such as confidentiality, non-re-victimization, and active listening.

This certification is not merely a badge but a testament to our genuine commitment to fostering a workplace that champions/ defends/stands for diversity and equality. While we recognize this is only the beginning of our journey, we are encouraged by the significant strides we are taking to create an environment where everyone can thrive and grow.

The Equal Spaces Seal is a distinction awarded by the government of Salta province, in collaboration with the ATRAE network. It recognizes organizations that uphold high standards in promoting gender equality and preventing gender-based violence.
