As part of our diversity and inclusion programme, we participated in the ‘Careers in mining: Developing opportunities for women’, which was attended by more than 500 women.

During the day, we shared our company presence with various representatives of the sector. In our case, we were able to discuss our gender inclusion policies and initiatives, the extended maternity leave, the provision of two breastfeeding facilities for nursing mothers, both on site and at the City office, the promotion of the HPV vaccine, the extended maternity leave, among others.
