With a focus on strengthening public education and providing concrete tools to those in the classroom, we supported the event “Building Bridges for Learning,” an exclusive gathering for teachers and principals from secondary schools in Salta, organized by Junior Achievement in the NOA region.
The event—declared of educational interest by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology of the province—was held on April 8 at the COPAIPA facilities and brought together more than 90 educators committed to pedagogical innovation. Through talks, workshops, and collaborative spaces, participants explored key topics such as emotional management in the classroom and the use of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning processes.
The opening remarks were delivered by Natanael Ludueña, President of Fundación 201, who spoke about the teacher’s role as an emotional guide in students’ well-being. Following this, Juan Sebastián Ibañez, Managing Partner at PucaraTech, shared tools and reflections on the impact of artificial intelligence in the educational environment.
One of the highlights of the day was the panel featuring Junior Achievement alumni—young individuals who shared firsthand how participating in the NGO’s educational programs helped them enhance their life projects and expand their horizons. Their testimonies were a source of inspiration for all attendees and highlighted the transformative power of education.
“We believe that education with real impact not only transforms the future of students, but also the present of those who teach. That’s why supporting these initiatives is part of our commitment to sustainable development in the territories where we operate,” stated Constanza Cintioni, Sustainability Director at Eramine Sudamérica.
At Eramine, we continue to drive initiatives that promote more inclusive, up-to-date learning environments that have the power to transform lives.
