Last Friday, November 14, in Rosario de Lerma, we held the final session of the Circle of Entrepreneurs, our training program designed to support students from the Bachillerato Salteño para Adultos (BSPA) in developing their productive initiatives and strengthening their entrepreneurial skills. The event brought together participants from various localities, allowing us to celebrate the progress achieved throughout the year.
In this edition, 148 people from Rosario de Lerma, General Güemes, San Antonio de los Cobres, and the city of Salta accessed key tools in financial education, entrepreneurial skills, public speaking, personal branding, and employability. They also took part in mentoring sessions, collaborative activities, and visibility initiatives that helped scale their projects with a triple-impact perspective: economic, social, and environmental.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, this year we introduced ESCALAR, a virtual module designed to support entrepreneurs at different stages — from those just starting out to those looking to scale their ventures. This flexible format allowed us to expand the program’s reach and provide a more personalized experience tailored to each participant’s time and needs.
The Circle of Entrepreneurs is part of our social responsibility program, which nearly a year ago became the first company to produce lithium in Salta. The initiative is carried out in partnership with Fundación Por Nuestros Niños and has established itself as a space that promotes personal growth, drives productive inclusion, and strengthens local development.
“This program helped me turn an idea into something real. Now I feel I have the tools to better organize and make my business more efficient,” shared María Belén, a participant from the Rosario de Lerma branch.
These results reflect our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities in the communities where we operate. “We are convinced that collaborative work and continuous learning are key to transforming realities. This program is a concrete example of our shared development vision,” stated Verónica Figueroa, President of Fundación Por Nuestros Niños.
