At Eramet Eramine, we continue to grow. And that growth also means evolving our infrastructure to meet the needs of a developing company, improve the efficiency of the way we work, and create better environments for the people who are part of it.
As part of this process, we have begun a new chapter by relocating our offices to San Lorenzo Chico. This new space is designed to support our team’s current dynamics, facilitate collaboration across departments, and provide more functional environments for day-to-day work.
This evolution also extends to our operations at Salar Centenario Ratones, where we continue to enhance the camp’s shared facilities, with a strong focus on well-being and quality of life.
The improvements carried out on site include the reorganization and optimization of the gym, as well as the renovation of the recreation room, now located in a larger and more functional space. These enhancements aim to provide better conditions for relaxation, physical activity, and social interaction outside working hours.
Each of these initiatives is part of a comprehensive vision of growth, one that is reflected not only in our operations, but also in the infrastructure and environments that support our teams every day.
As Eramet Eramine continues to grow, our workplaces and ways of working evolve as well, helping us build an increasingly efficient, collaborative, and people-centered organization.
